Attending the mandatory MLS Orientation class will help you learn how to use Paragon. Find out more about GGARMLS classes by following the steps below.

How Do I Access Realtor.com?
Go to Realtor.com and hover over the Login feature in the upper right-hand corner. Select the login option under “For Agents”
When logging in, Make sure the Account Type selected is Agent Your MLS is GGAR MLS
Enter your MLS username and password (initially your MLS ID for both user name and password).
Be sure to complete your Realtor.com Profile and enhance your listings with as many pictures as possible detailed property descriptions to receive leads off of your property listings.
How Do I Access Showing Time?
Showing Time is our Showing Appointment Booking System and is open 24/7 to take book appointments on your listings. You can log in to Showingtime.com/login
Do I have to join the Board of REALTORS?
You are required to join the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors or Western Upstate Board of Realtors within seven days of joining the market center.
What is a NRDS#, where do I get it, and why do I need it?
Your NRDS# is your National Association of Realtors ID number. You receive an NRDS# when you join the board of Realtors.
When are the commission checks cut?
Our goal is to have your check ready within 24 hours of closing. Once your check is ready, you will receive an email from Diane Brazier with the distribution agreement attached, and we will place the check in your mailbox.
Please drop off commission checks to 200 Mills Ave., Greenville, SC 29605. Please fill out an envelope, insert commission check into the envelope, and place the envelope into the locked security box. If you have any questions, please contact Diane Brazier.
How do I get Keller Williams DRIVE, Inc. letterhead, note cards, etc.?
Stationary and many other promotional items are available at www.myredstore.com. If you need custom KW DRIVE presentation folders, stop by agent services as we keep a supply on hand for agents to purchase.
Where can I find the monthly Training Calendar?
You can find the training calendar in the following locations.
1. Go to kwdrivefamily.com and select the TRAINING BUTTON on the home page.
2. Via your KW Google Calendar and it’s titled “Back Agent Office”
3. Login into mykw.com, click on the ‘MyMarket Center Intranet’ link, click on “View Calendar”
4. You can also grab a physical copy at the office.
How do I make copies/print/scan?
Enter your copy code under Account ID to login to the copy machine. Black and white copies are $.05 each. Color copies are $.10 each.
** Remember to log-off all copiers to avoid being charged for copies you did not make.**
Can I print from my laptop or phone?
Yes. Director of Agent Services will assign you a five-digit code for the printer and email it to you. To get your computer tied to the printer, please come into the office and call 864.675.5755. Let them know you are with KW DRIVE and would like to get the printer setup. Machine ID: S5657. They will access your computer remotely and complete the setup. You will need to tell them your five-digit code.
